Hours at these spots often run into the evening, later than a typical coffee shop, and many stay open on weekends when demand is highest in Burbank. Seasonal and limited-time drink or dessert flavors are common, so a shop's current menu can differ from what is posted online; checking recent photos or calling ahead helps. Some locations in California are dessert-only with no seating, meant for takeout, while others have cafe-style seating for staying a while. Straws for bubble tea are typically wide to accommodate the toppings, and are provided automatically unless you ask for a regular one. Loyalty apps and stamp cards are common at chain locations, and ordering ahead through an app can shorten a wait considerably at busy locations during peak after-school and after-dinner hours.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 11 am–11 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (747) 283-1473. Burbank is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Burbank is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Delicious refreshing smoothies, shakes, and Boba drinks. They have two order kiosks where you can select what you want, system is very intuitive. You can add Boba and whipped cream to any smoothie for no extra cost, additional toppings may be added for extra cost. Usually not too crowded depending on the day and hour, they serve you pretty immediately.

Been twice. First time was great the strawberry matcha add boba. The second time I ordered the strawberry matcha add boba. The boba was clumped and stuck together and constantly clogged the straw. I also ordered two macarons and they were stale tasting, old, and soggy. I’ve never had soggy macarons in my life but these were wet and fell apart just lightly grasping them like a soggy cracker. Also everything above eye or menu level is coated in a thick coat of dusts. The gold metal glass globe light fixtures have chunks of dust on them you could grab. There was also no trash can except the one that says something like “straw paper only” or something of the like so I had to put my empty drink and soggy macarons in it.

Yesterday was the day I got a chance to try this boba location. I been to It's Boba Time before at other location but not this one since they open. I parked at a structure nearby to avoid doing the street parking because it's on a busy street. When I walked in, I think I was their first customer of the day. A worker greeted me, so I asked about the green apple slush. I asked him how sweet was the drink and he said he never tried it but heard it's sweet. So he recommended that I get it at 75% sweetness on the drink. My drink came out quick and I thought getting it at 75% was a good choice because it wasn't too sweet like before.

We just finished watching Lyle Lyle Crocodile and were returning home and the kids wanted to try out this place. We got the coffee boba and the strawberry and coconut boba for the kids. The coffee was not sweet so my son was not feeling it but my daughter loved the strawberry boba. The place was clean and the person taking the order was nice. The place is clean and they have a lot of choices. You can get cakes to macaroons or shakes and a whole lot more. This place is worth trying out. The prices are not bad either.

Grabbed a smoothie today from "It's Boba Time". The inside is very nice and clean. Not a ton of seating but that's not really a problem because it's more of a grab and go spot. Lots of macaroons and other pastries that I didn't get a chance to try. There was a line when I visited and I could tell the staff was still working through some of the kinks of being a new store. The smoothie was good but Boba Loca down the street is still a strong competition.
